Clear terms for using ScanMyBinder.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScanMyBinder. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information saved to your account, keeping your sign-in method secure, and activity performed through your account.

Scanner matches, card details, market values, grading comparisons, price histories, and trends are estimates for informational purposes. They are not guarantees of identity, authenticity, condition, grade, value, or sale price.

You must confirm the exact set, collector number, language, finish, condition, grading company, and grade. Market information may be incomplete, delayed, converted between currencies, or based on limited sales. ScanMyBinder does not provide financial, investment, grading, authentication, tax, or legal advice.

Pro costs $6.99 USD per month or $62.91 USD per year, billed in advance. The annual price saves 25% compared with twelve monthly payments. Checkout shows the amount due before you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use Profile → Pro subscription → Manage subscription & invoices to view invoices, update your payment method, or cancel. Cancellation through the billing portal takes effect at the end of the current paid period; Pro access continues through that period. Deleting your ScanMyBinder account cancels its linked subscription immediately and removes your saved site data.

Free includes 25 scans per calendar month, one introductory pre-grade total, and 3 active price alerts. Manual search, collection management and collection import are available on Free.

Pro includes up to 500 scans and 5 pre-grades per calendar month, 25 active price alerts, collection export, and eBay selling tools. Monthly scan and grading allowances reset on the first day of each month at midnight UTC, including annual plans. Unused monthly allowances do not carry forward. One pre-grade credit covers the estimate and visual report for the same photos; reopening saved reports uses no credits.

Submitted requests with uncertain provider outcomes retain their credit to prevent duplicate charges. If a request does not complete, check your saved results or contact support before submitting it again. Collection management and import remain available when Pro expires. Price-alert targets above the Free limit remain saved but paused; the most recently saved targets stay active up to the limit. You can still view and end existing eBay offers; preparing or publishing new offers requires Pro.

Payments are processed by Stripe. A successful paid subscription is required for Pro access. Billing questions or requests about a charge can be sent to support@scanmybinder.com.

Your collection remains private unless you enable a sharing feature. If you choose to share a collection or profile, information shown on that shared page may be viewed and redistributed by others. Do not publish personal or confidential information.

You retain ownership of information and images you submit. You give ScanMyBinder permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the features you use.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits or security controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, scrape the service at scale, or use ScanMyBinder to facilitate fraud, counterfeit sales, or unlawful transactions.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service, investigate misuse, or comply with legal requirements.

ScanMyBinder may display information from or link to third-party catalogs, marketplaces, grading companies, and other services. We do not control their availability, listings, prices, products, policies, or transactions.

Some links are affiliate links, which means ScanMyBinder may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing the price you pay. An affiliate relationship does not guarantee or endorse a seller, listing, card, or product.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, ScanMyBinder disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, ScanMyBinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on card identification, price, grading, seller, or marketplace information.

We may update these terms as ScanMyBinder develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
